Tapioca Flour

What: A gluten-free flour. The tapioca starch is extracted from the root of the tropical cassava plant. We used this for making Asian sweet potato pancakes and tapioca cake.

Why: It’s a great gluten-free substitute for wheat and bread. This means you can make bread, cakes, muffins, and much more with gluten-free flour!
